Business Administration Trainee

Warragul RV Centre are seeking a well presented, proactive and enthusiastic administration person to join our team specialising in Caravan Repairs.

We are currently seeking applications for a Business Administration Trainee to join and support our team. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive, can-do attitude, demonstrates initiative and discipline.

The successful candidate will join a small friendly team and be responsible for:-

•         Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone in a timely and professional manner
•        Recording and relaying telephone messages accurately
•        General administrative and clerical support
•        Data Entry using Reckon Accounts as required: Invoicing, entering Supplier Invoices etc
•        Prepare Quotes, correspondence and documents as requested
•        Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
•        Organise outgoing mail and parcels
•        General office filing
•        Inventory
