Business Administration Assistant or Trainee

Warragul RV Centre are seeking a well presented, proactive and enthusiastic administration person to join our team specialising in Caravan Repairs.

We are currently seeking applications for a Business Administration Assistant or Trainee to join and support our team. We’re looking for someone who brings a positive, can-do attitude, demonstrates initiative and discipline.

The successful candidate will join a small friendly team and be responsible for:-

•        Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
•        Recording and relaying telephone messages
•        General administrative and clerical support
•        Data Entry using Reckon Accounts as required: Invoicing, entering Supplier Invoices etc
•        Prepare Quotes, correspondence and documents as requested
•        Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
•        Organise outgoing mail and parcels
•        General office filing
•        Inventory

Full Time, Caravan Repairer/Service Assistant 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated and well presented Caravan Repairer/Service Assistant to join our growing business specialising in Caravan Repairs, Servicing, Sales and Spare Parts.

• Full time position
• Immediate start

​The successful candidate will join our small repair team of Mechanics and Repair personnel and be responsible for:-

• Assisting in the repair and maintenance of Recreational Vehicles.
• Servicing of Caravans, single and tandem axles, Horsefloats, Trailers and Motorhomes.
• Panel repairs on Caravans, installation of various parts and accessories on all types of Recreational Vehicles. 

No experience is necessary as on the Job training will be provided, however, the successful applicant must have:-

• Have a friendly and positive personality
• Good communication skills
• Have a great attitude towards new challenges and i willingness to learn
• Be self disciplined, show high atention to detail and good organisation skills
• Have a high motivation to learn, be punctual and keen to work
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Mechanical knowledge advantage but not necessary
